i am growing F.A.T.....Fattylicous..Ample amount of fat...Tunder thighs... OH MY GOSH...i am desperate now to go back to my usual self...i have fatty chicken wings as arms..ARGH..but i'm working on becoming slim...i ran yesterday..they say you have to run for more than half an hour to start to burn fats....I only ran 25 min yesterday...for a short, mere no fat burning 4 km...oh man...i think i will have to increase my distance every week....yesterday, i died;;;.totally unfit:/:/...so from today onwards..i am going to get FIT...and not bad actually...today reccess ate only fruits
i love fruits...i love fruits..emphasis on the word FRUITS--> the healthy substance that keeps me from having constipation...:>..ha...watever it is..
