I just measured my weight..oh my gosh...i am 45kg! and only 1.65 metres tall..argh!!! i am growing fat!!!shit;...so i decided, on my new fitness regime,,,
Monday: I have choir, so i end late, so not much i can do..but....abs exercise...40 pushups(woman style, I am HORRIBLE at pushups..i think i can't even do 5 man pushups...)
Tuesday: School Mass Run, Drums for 45 min...40 pushups..and abs exercise...
Wednesday: Physical Education..Drums...pushups...abs exercise..walk home from school
Thursday: Choir again, which means i end late...abs exercise..40 pushups...
Friday: School Mass run, Walk home from school..run 2.4-3km in the afternoon...pushups and abs
Saturday: abs pushups...running..
Sunday: Frisbee...pushups...abs exercise...
EATING: no snacks from esso...only snacks allowed at home...
Recess: Biscuits or Apples
Lunch: Sandwiches or Rice and vege or fruits
Dinner: home cooked foood(drink soup before eating..so i won't over eat)
Night: fruits..and if any snacks, eat minimum
the problem is..i snack..alot...i eat very little norm food and snack..so maybe that's why i have been putting on weight...argh..this sucks..
Man...all my gummies, chips chocolate...NO!!!
and on sundays..no more prata and tosai with my church class!
haha...
i hope i can stick to this regime:>
